    Bobbo:
I have a serious case of Tool Blame, but it's not about coding specifically. It's about a tool that I like to call 'Visual SourceUnsafe', or 'Visual Shoot-Yourself-In-The-Foot'.

It's like a hammer that requires you to hit your thumb, each time you use it.

I think the user interface of "Visual SourceUnsafe" is not so bad.

But the fact that it sometimes mangles the source in the database is. I've seen it myself and a colleague of mine has observed it elsewhere. So "SourceUnsafe" describes this particular tool quite well.

We now have a set of three values for instances of Bool: Bool.TRUE, Bool.FALSE, and null.
As has been pointed out numerous times, there are perfectly good reasons to have tri-state logic.

I've always preferred the moniker "SourceDanger" when referring to SourceSafe.

At a previous job, I made sure to use it so much in my push to move to Subversion that it became commonplace to refer to it as SourceDanger, even amongst the PHB's who really had no clue what they were talking about...

    captcha: alarm (Danger danger SourceDanger!)

You're kidding, right? This stupid kid didn't know how to do Dynamic Enums? Was he not aware of some pretty basic OO principals and XML (he got the DB part partially right).
